The pictures above give you view of the private studio sleeping area with queen bed, sitting area and kitchen with ocean view. Full bath (shower/no tub). Use of a washer is available. Heat and utilities included. Pet Free Home, non-smoking property. This unit works for one or two people max. Land phone line available for emergencies. Cell phone service is limited. No TV, no internet. Lots of movies, radio and CD player. Lots of good books available. Rent is by the week—Saturday to Saturday. June 15th–September 15th. $900.00 per week. The common area is a large shared living room that allows you to spread out and enjoy a game table or second eating area or relax and watch a movie. It opens up to the gardens and waterfront.
